In the year 2001, for the very first time, The Children’s Festival BAL UTSAV was organized in Lucknow. It was a ten days program intended to create and expand familiarity in society and it also provided a platform for children to express/show their talent in any Field like singing, dancing acting, drawing, sketching, debating, face painting, etc. It became its regular annual venture later on.

This year the same event BAL UTSAV is organized as INTERNATIONAL CHILDREN’S FESTIVAL 2021. The platform is open for the Indian children all over the world, to come and show their talent on an international platform and become a part of this amazing event

THE PRIZE DISTRIBUTION CEREMONY WILL BE HELD IN SECOND HALF OF FEBRUARY 2022. THE WINNERS WILL BE CONTACTED BY THE FOUNDATION.

Search Foundation.

Search Foundation was concepted by writer / poet and social worker Sarvesh Asthana with the feeling of “Smiling Child-Happy World”. Sarvesh Asthana is a renowned Hindi poet of international level. Basically he is satirist and prose satire column writer in various news papers and magazines in north India.

Sarvesh Asthana has given a very special book to children to increase their Knowledge about festivals and ceremonies throughout the year related with the nation. The name of the book is “Inko Jano Inhe Manao” includes 33 poems for children.
