This has been the moto of Search Foundation because every child is unique in itself, there fore to bring forward the talent of each and every child Search Foundation organizes Bal Utsav. The first Bal Utsav was organized in 2001 since then we have been organizing this mega event in consistently and now we are entering in the 18th year. Bal Utsav is scheduled to be held from 25th August to 4th of September at Rai Umanath Bali Auditorium, Kaisarbagh .
